Agora is a marketplace that connects buyers who post listings with businesses that submit bids. By creating an account you agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform lawfully, and to honour the agreements you sign through it.
Agora facilitates introductions, negotiation, and digital contracts. Any agreement to deliver goods or services is between the buyer and the business. Agora is not a party to it, does not process payments between users, and does not guarantee any outcome.
Business accounts pay a recurring membership fee for the ability to place bids. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled and can be managed from the billing portal in your account.
We may suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent credentials, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform's anonymity protections.
Agora is in beta and these terms may change as the product evolves. We will post updates on this page.
