Account details you give us (name, email, business information and credentials), the content of listings, bids and messages you create, and basic technical data such as device and usage information.
To operate the marketplace: matching listings with businesses, verifying professional registrations against public provincial registries, generating contracts, sending notifications, and supporting your account.
Buyer identity and contact details are withheld from businesses until a contract is signed by both parties. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties as sales leads.
We use third parties to run the platform, including payment processing for business memberships and email delivery. They receive only what they need to provide their service.
You can review and update your profile at any time, manage notification preferences in settings, and request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us.
